Perla Condos at Hurontario and Eglinton
Perla Condos is the third part of a master-planned 10 tower project at the popular Hurontario and Eglinton Intersection. Building off the successful completion of Crystal Towers and Amber Condos at Pinnacle Uptown, the two towers at Perla Condos will reach up to 33 storeys.
Hurontario and Eglinton is a prime location, with one of Mississauga’s largest supermarkets across the street, dozens of restaurants, retail shops and 3 major financial institutions within steps.
Beautiful Park and City Views
The fascinating thing about Perla Condos is how close it is to the city centre, yet how removed it feels from the hustle and bustle of the city. In under 5 minutes you can be shopping at square one. Hurontario and Eglinton remains one of the few central locations in Mississauga with an abundance of parkland and greenery. Enjoy the beautiful greenery of Kingsbridge Common Park to the west, as well as beautiful city views in all other directions.
Hurontario and Eglinton – A Transportation Mecca
Perla Condos is located at the intersection of two city-changing transportation projects that promise to transform Mississauga’s transit like never before. The Light Transit Rail, currently in the early development stage, and expected to be completed around 2020, will run through Hurontario street from port credit to Brampton. These dedicated LRT lanes will run independent of traffic, allowing residents the fastest and most economical north south transit in the city. And best of all, Perla Condos will be right across from an the LRT Eglinton Station.
Perla Condos is also located minutes from the path of Mississauga’s Bus Rapid Transit, a dedicated bus lane that runs west to east an east to west, connecting residents from as far as Winston Churchill to Kipling Station in Toronto, Pearson International Airport, TTC street cars on eglinton, as well as highways 403 and 427.
If you prefer to drive, Perla Condos is minutes to the 403 highway, with two easily accessible highway entrances (one on Hurontario and one Eglinton). Both Hurontario and Eglinton have long held the title of Mississauga’s two most important transportation corridors, connecting the city to the surrounding GTA with ease.
